Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 July 2026 · These terms govern your use of academy.brabi.in and all services offered on it. By creating an account, making a payment, or using any content on this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

brabi.in Academy ("Brabi", "we", "us") provides self-paced, interactive online learning content on software and DevOps topics ("Course Content"), and — as a separate, optional service — instructor-guided practice sessions on training infrastructure ("Lab Sessions"). The service is offered for personal, individual learning.

2. Accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. One account supports one active sign-in at a time; signing in on a new device ends other sessions. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Course pages are watermarked with the account holder's identity. Sharing credentials, redistributing content, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls is a material breach and may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.

3. Payments & what your purchase includes

Courses are sold individually. Each course carries its own one-time fee, shown on our home page, and paying it grants lifetime access to that course only, for as long as the service operates. You may buy any combination of courses in a single payment, and you may come back and buy more at any time. Buying a course does not grant access to courses you have not paid for, and course prices may change for future purchases without affecting what you have already bought. (Members who purchased before we moved to per-course pricing keep the all-access rights they paid for.) All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Course fees do not include Lab Sessions. Lab Sessions are a separate service, priced and paid per session, and are governed by section 5 below.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

Because Course Content is a digital product delivered in full and instantly upon payment, course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. We encourage you to evaluate the free preview courses before purchasing — they represent the style and quality of the full content.

Exceptions: (a) duplicate payments and amounts charged where access was never granted will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of verification; (b) Lab Session fees are refunded in full if we cancel the session (see section 5). Refund requests: support@brabi.in with your payment ID.

5. Lab Sessions — availability & rules

Lab Sessions are offered strictly subject to infrastructure availability and prior scheduling. We do not guarantee that Lab Sessions will be available at any particular time, or at all. We may reschedule or cancel a booked session for maintenance, capacity, or technical reasons; in the case of cancellation by us, the session fee is refunded in full. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for lab unavailability.

Lab access is personal, time-boxed and supervised, with per-session credentials that expire after the session. The lab environment is provided solely for performing the published lab exercises. You must not: use the lab for any unlawful purpose; attack, scan or access any system other than the designated lab hosts; run cryptocurrency mining, spam, or unrelated workloads; attempt to retain access beyond your session; or disrupt other students. Violations end the session immediately without refund and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible and liable for your actions on lab systems, and you agree to indemnify Brabi against claims arising from your misuse of the lab.

6. 1:1 doubt-clearing support

Students may request a personal 1:1 doubt-clearing session from within a module. Such sessions are arranged subject to availability and are not guaranteed. They carry an additional fee, quoted and collected offline (separate from the course fee), and once a session is booked and paid, that fee is non-refundable. Raising a request does not create any obligation on Brabi to provide a session.

7. Content license

All Course Content is owned by Brabi and licensed to you — not sold — for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or use it for group training or company onboarding without a separate written license. Third-party names and technologies referenced in the content (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners; Brabi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. AI-generated content

Some content on this service — including quiz questions, answers, explanations, and parts of the course material — is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) and reviewed by humans. While we make a good-faith effort to review it, AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or simplifications. It is provided for practice, self-assessment, and learning only. You must independently verify any answer, explanation, command, or configuration before relying on it in examinations, interviews, certifications, production systems, or any real-world decision. Brabi is not liable for any loss or consequence arising from reliance on AI-assisted content. If you spot an error, please tell us at support@brabi.in so we can improve it.

9. Disclaimers

The service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not promise any particular learning outcome, certification, employment, or income result. Content is kept accurate on a best-effort basis but technology changes quickly; you are responsible for validating anything you apply in your own systems or workplace. Nothing in the content constitutes professional advice.

Fictional characters & scenarios. Any names of people, usernames, companies, teams, projects, or other entities used in examples, stories, diagrams, or exercises are entirely fictional and used purely for illustration and teaching. They are not real and are not intended to identify, represent, or resemble any actual person (living or dead), organisation, or product. Any resemblance to a real name or entity is purely coincidental. Third-party product and technology names (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to teach about those technologies; Brabi is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Brabi's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid to Brabi in the 12 months preceding the claim; and (b) Brabi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms (including credential sharing, content piracy, or lab misuse) without refund. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 4–12 survive termination.

12. Governing law, changes & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions, grievances and notices: support@brabi.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
